Salary base 150k -170k + commission

Our client, leader in their industry, is seeking an experience as a HUNTER to join their team. This individual must have worked in a midsize organization. Ideally this individual will have worked in a systems integrator. Must have a strong track record of bringing in new logos and industrial manufacturing client expansion. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURES/DISTRIBUTORS
Expectations
Should be a solid Hunting Sales person
Should be hands-on / on the ground person, who can bring new logos (clients) on individual capacity and not rely on team.
Should be expert in Software Integrations Solutions sales and not software product sales
Should be coming from mid size System Integrator / Software consulting firms
He/she needs to create a brand value about the organization so that he/she can get new logos
Minimum hunting sales revenue generated should be $10M (individual target) with the ability to grow to lead small team
Key Skills and Competencies:
8+ years of high-performance sales with consultative solutions into large enterprises.
3+ years as a large account manager for digital, e-commerce, management consulting, or complex systems integration solutions
Data-driven selling experience: Has successfully used sales processes, analytics, and methodologies to obtain predictable revenue
Performance-driven:
Proven track record in previous positions
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; able to adapt to a wide variety of audiences
Entrepreneurial, high energy, self-motivated, assertive; consummate professional
Well versed with CRM tools to manage sales and accounts (salesforce.com)
