In the context of Operation Centro Sud, and in particular dedicating yourself to the territory of Florence and Tuscany, the ideal candidate will develop a solid understanding of the needs of their clients, be able to provide advice that enables the growth of skills and the improvement of the performance of resources and organizations.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the commercial development of assigned clients and prospects in their area of competence, through the analysis of training needs, the design of solutions in collaboration with the Design team, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed actions thanks to the collection of feedback in synergy with the Training Project Manager to whom they have entrusted the delivery of the service.

Formulate, propose and negotiate economically the solution identified for their client through commercial proposals, laying the foundations for future actions of loyalty of which they take care in the first person.

These responsibilities combine technical skills and relational abilities aimed at ensuring a positive impact on the growth and professional development within the organization.

Mansion

  • Develop a personal commercial strategy: organize and implement development actions (cold calls, email marketing, social networking...), visits, loyalty actions, consultancy, events, creation and consolidation of partnerships on the territory and/or with institutions and/or with industrial and non-industrial associations.
  • Plan the presentation visits of the Mylia training offer.
  • Identify the needs of client companies in the field of training.
  • Propose training paths present in the course catalog and customize, in synergy with the Training Project Managers and with the Design Team, ad hoc training solutions based on the needs of the clients detected during the analysis phase.
  • Provide advice on Funds and Funding dedicated to Training.
  • Present company initiatives and propose new Mylia services and/or products.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts for the assignment of training activities and/or consultancy.
  • Use and implement tools typical of the commercial function (CRM, applications, reports, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the other Mylia and Adecco Group account functions

Availability for travel and relocation

Yes - in the assigned area and nationally in case of team or national meetings.

Degree

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in humanities and/or economics.
  • It will be a preferred title having attended a Master's degree in Human Resources/Training.

Work experience

It will be a preferred title having at least 2 years of experience in the sales function in the HR and/or Training Services sector.

Other requirements

  • Knowledge of the main apps of the Office 365 suite (Teams, Lists, Planner, Forms, Sharepoint), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Preferred advanced Excel knowledge
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2)
  • Preparation for teamwork and objectives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Centricity vs Customer orientation.
