The workweek consists of a mix of conversations, writing, and networking. This includes conducting intake interviews, building client relationships, and creating strong matches between talent and organizations. • Speak and guide candidates towards a new job. Introduce them to clients and prepare them for their interview • Approach companies and build relationships in your region • Write job descriptions and follow up on responses • Maintain contact with client and candidate after placement. You will also visit clients to build relationships • Variety is key: one moment you listen to someone’s ambitions, the next you think along with a client.

Curiosity, initiative, and interest in people make a difference here. An MBO+/HBO work and thinking level and affinity with recruitment, sales, HR, or customer contact help to grow quickly. Conducting conversations comes naturally and switching between different contacts feels comfortable. You are fluent in Dutch and English. It would be great if you also possess [qualities that hiring managers like to see], but if you don’t have these, we will teach you!
