In the position as Sales Consultant (M/W/D) in Erfurt, you will be in constant contact with the most diverse companies from the commercial sector and from the finance and accounting sector. You are an important part of the DIS AG and bring our recruiting team, companies, and applicants together.

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for the placement of specialists and executives in the commercial sector and in finance and accounting.
  • You identify potential companies through a targeted market analysis.
  • When actively approaching companies, you present your service portfolio and identify corresponding contact persons in the companies.
  • Your contact persons advise you regarding the personnel planning and the filling of the open vacancies, and ultimately convince them of a cooperation.
  • Together with the recruiting team, you identify the suitable candidates for the open vacancies.
  • You show candidates new career paths and stand by them during the application process with your company customers at all times.
  • The process control from the job interview to the contract conclusion is in your hands.
  • You sustainably support your customer network, thereby further developing the customer relationship and exploring opportunities for new business areas.

Your Profile

  • You have a completed university degree or a commercial qualification.
  • You have already proven your sales talent within the staffing agency or in another industry.
  • You have a strong sense of companies and apply your communication and negotiation skills accordingly.
  • You convince through a confident and eloquent appearance and thereby quickly gain the trust of the company customers.
  • Your independent, structured, and prioritizing way of working enables you to always keep an overview of your current processes.
  • You value teamwork. Together with our recruiting team, you find the right talents for your company customers.
  • You have a valid driver's license (car, class B) so that you can personally visit our company customers.
  • Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
