Your Responsibilities

• You take care of our existing customers and acquire new customer orders for temporary and permanent positions and find new employees for these job openings
• To build and maintain a partnership with our customers, you plan and independently carry out customer visits
• You are a reliable, constructive, and service-oriented partner for our customers and do not shy away from tackling obstacles in unconventional ways and convincing through your own approach
• You go new ways to convince customers of our services and build long-term partnerships
• From the customer order to the recruitment channels and applicant management, you carry out the entire process independently
• You present the candidate dossier to the customer and support them in an advisory capacity
• With your sales flair combined with your service-oriented nature, you maintain intensive contact with our customers and employees
• In the temporary segment, you take care of the entire work cycle: from recruitment to onboarding
• With your insight into people, you enable the best possible match between potential candidates and customers and ensure a great experience
• You independently manage your customer circle in both internal and external services and continuously expand it through diverse acquisition activities
• You build sustainable relationships with our external employees and support them in their professional careers
• You stay up-to-date with market developments in the Basel region

In summary: proactive candidate and customer support as well as the independent handling of the entire process of mediation, up to contract negotiations and the successful conclusion, is your job.

Your Qualifications

• You have a commercial or technical education in the sales area, or have several years of successful experience in sales, HR, or personnel management
• It is your passion to advise customers and support them in their needs in the field of personnel procurement
• As a communicative and service-oriented personality, you proactively approach customers and candidates and can inspire and win them for our service
• With your negotiation skills, you convince in complex situations and can make responsible decisions through your quick understanding
• You are proficient in MS-Office and are familiar with professional social networks and digital technologies
• Your exceptional level of self-motivation, structured approach, and personal responsibility are the foundation of your proactive work style
• Your valid driver's license category B is essential in this role
• You are a communication talent and can express yourself in very good German
• English and French language skills are an advantage
