Purpose/Mission
This role is responsible to drive operational excellence and establish a winning culture within the function. Use the knowledge and experience to engage and empower direct and indirect teams so that the functional goals are delivered. Ensure that systems and resources are made available for the teams to perform at the highest level. Create clarity and operate with confidence and cross-functional collaboration. Influence and challenge stakeholders and partner. Look for best practices within and outside organization and improvise the execution. With all these practices, ensure that the targeted audience are enabled and empowered to achieve the business goals through training and development and specific HR initiatives.
