Business Planning And Project Management

Overall business support and project management in H team as key contact point in Account Sales team and other functional and regional team to drive channel expansion and business growth

Business planning and tracking

Account level overall business planning and tracking, including OTB, POS, SBP, ST, RFC, etc.

Overall business performance review, monitor and review business KPI on regular basis by different perspectives

Account level budget planning and tracking on regular basis, including SWB, T&E etc.

Based on company strategy or initiative, set up short term target/evaluation scheme/incentive plan, and track result on regular basis

Project Management

Key Campaign Activation for key stores in company level or account level

Promotion launch and store operations including ISC & POP follow up with Field Sales

Project Management as per business needs, for example CRM project and Retail Activation project, etc.

Conduct cross functional communication and alignment as per business needs

Others

Business Review preparation including TM, QBR, channel meeting etc.

Collect market intelligence including overall market trend, competitive environment etc.

Support other ad hoc business analysis and other tasks need HQ coordination

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong sense of logical thinking and strategic thinking

Strong process and project management skills – organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needs

Solid business sense and analytic/critical-thinking skills – able to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis

Strong multi-tasking ability to handle multiple projects across various topics at the same time

Data analysis skills, planning skills

Good ability in presentation

Communication skills, relationship management, Negotiation skills

Sales skills and customer service knowledge

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

4+ years' experience in Sales, Consultant or Project office

Strong communication and influence skill

Good analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.

University degree
