We appreciate in our employees: At least 1 month of work in a retail environment of sports or fashion items. Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to increase sales. Effective customer service and sales skills. Being part of a team, resilient, eager to learn and curious. Good communication skills in English.

Your activities: Become a brand ambassador connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in line with our adidas values. Work collaboratively and promote sales supporting merchandise management (deliveries and restocking) to win together as a team and achieve store objectives. Take responsibility and be proactive in your learning by completing all applicable training courses and applying them effectively in the store. #WePowerPossible
