Knows the store goals and individual targets, and actively works towards achieving or exceeding them, utilizing all available resources
Meets or exceeds customer expectations and drives sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the customer care philosophy
Builds an emotional bond with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador
Incorporates basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products into the service approach
Maintains an attractive, pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping, taking care of visual merchandising, order, and cleanliness
Adheres to the rules and procedures (SOM regulations) that apply to the store and maintains a safe shopping and working atmosphere
Ensures that the product range is available for customers by helping to deliver and replenish the stock when needed
Minimizes losses by always paying attention to the inventory while serving customers
Onboard new employees (if applicable)
Works productively and respectfully with team members to achieve or exceed the store's goals
Completes all required training programs and successfully applies them in their work

Cashier duties (if applicable): ensures correct payment procedures including careful handling of goods, conducts cash-ups meticulously, and completes sales quickly and accurately while adhering to the prescribed guidelines for securing the cash reserves (if applicable)
Endless Aisle (if applicable): informs customers about the new ordering/selling option in the online shop and uses the Endless Aisle tablet to offer product descriptions and/or customer feedback about products during the sales process
Click & Collect (if applicable): monitors and oversees new online orders that have been placed by online customers and need to be reserved, packed, and handed out to customers in the store
Ship from Store (if applicable): monitors and oversees new online orders that need to be shipped to customers
Required Education and Experience / Minimum Requirements:
0-3 years of retail experience
Training as a salesperson is desirable
Basic English skills
Basic spelling and arithmetic skills, communication skills
