Contributes to achieving or exceeding sales figures and KPI targets by:

• Building an emotional connection with customers and embodying brand values

Responsibilities:

• Knows the store goals and individual targets and actively works towards achieving or exceeding them, utilizing all available resources

Cashier duties (if applicable):

• Ensures accurate payment processing including careful handling of goods

Endless Aisle (if applicable): Informs customers about the new order/sales option in the online shop and uses the Endless Aisle tablet to offer product descriptions and/or customer feedback on products during the sales process.

Click & Collect (if applicable): Oversees and manages new online orders that have been placed by online customers and need to be reserved, packed, and handed out to customers in the store.

Ship from Store (if applicable): Oversees and manages new online orders that need to be sent to customers via delivery.
