Responsibilities:
• Knows the store goals and actively works towards achieving or exceeding them, utilizing all available resources

• Is a role model in customer service, stimulating sales and the brand by applying advanced sales techniques and relevant elements from the customer service guide
• Shares experience in customer service and coaches selected colleagues to enhance their knowledge in this area
• Uses category experience and enthusiasm for the brand to drive sales and customer retention, training selected colleagues on basic core and seasonal products
• Maintains an appealing, pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping, focusing on visual merchandising, order, and cleanliness
• Adheres to rules and procedures (SOM regulations) that apply to the store, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping and working atmosphere
• Ensures the availability of the product range for customers by helping to deliver and replenish stock when needed
• Closes sales quickly and accurately, adhering to the prescribed guidelines for securing the cash register
• Controls the daily cash register balance and performs daily settlements (if applicable)
• Minimizes losses by always monitoring stock levels while serving customers
• Recruits, works, and schedules any necessary relief staff

Endless Aisle (if applicable): Informs customers about the new order/sales option in the online shop and uses the Endless Aisle tablet to offer product descriptions and/or customer feedback about products during the sales process.
Click & Collect (if applicable): Monitors and oversees new online orders that have been placed by online customers and need to be reserved, packed, and delivered to customers in the store.
Ship from Store (if applicable): Monitors and oversees new online orders that need to be shipped to customers.
Authorities: • Conducts feedback sessions • Higher authority in the inventory management system • Deputy of Floor Manager and Assistant Store Manager in their absence • If necessary: Key Holder (responsible for the store key, cash register closing, and safe)

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Requirement:
• Retail education or a salesperson training and several years of professional experience • Minimum of one year of experience in sports and/or fashion retail, advanced sales experience, and a solid understanding of the product, retail, and industry • Basic English proficiency • Basic writing and arithmetic skills and advanced communication abilities
