Location: Munich

Start date: February/March 2026

Number of open roles: 2 graduate positions

Eligibility: Candidates graduating from a 2025 master's program.

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week working from home

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be part of the team that helps Adobe connect with customers at the very start of their buying journey. You'll be the first point of contact for people interested in our products—guiding them, asking smart questions, and helping them understand how Adobe's solutions can support their goals. You will qualify opportunities and hand them over to our Field Sales teams, playing a key role in building strong pipeline.

Your day to day will include a mix of learning, outreach, and collaboration:

  • Begin with shadowing your mentor, practicing through role plays and guided activities, and gradually take on more responsibility as you start contacting customers and leading conversations.
  • Start conversations with prospects who've engaged with Adobe—via events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, video, email, and social channels.
  • Reach out to decision-makers, including senior and C-level executives, and guide them through the qualification process.
  • Research and identify key contacts within target accounts to initiate meaningful discussions.
  • Build awareness and interest in Adobe's Digital Media solutions, including Creative Cloud, Acrobat Studio, Adobe Express, Adobe Sign, and Firefly Services.
  • Drive attendance to webinars and live events through targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline progression and forecasting.
  • Participate in structured training sessions and ongoing enablement to grow your skills in communication, business acumen, sales methodology, and Adobe's product ecosystem.

What You Need to Succeed

We're not looking for perfection—we're looking for potential. If you're curious, motivated, and eager to learn, you're already on the right track.

  • Full fluency in German and English.
  • Candidates graduating from a master's program in 2025 only.
  • Comfortable working towards goals and motivated by seeing progress and results.
  • Proven drive—whether through university projects, internships, part-time roles, volunteering, or any experience where you went above and beyond.
  • A confident communicator who can write clearly and speak professionally.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a strong listener.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about how digital tools solve real-world problems.
  • Bonus: familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or MS Office.
  • A self-starter with resilience, independence, and a collaborative attitude.

What to Expect From the Recruitment Process

Our selection process typically consists of the following stages:

  • Pre-Recorded Video Interview – A brief 10-minute video submission.
  • Soft Skills Interview – A competency-based conversation.
  • Presentation – Prepare and deliver a short presentation on a given topic (virtual or in-person).
  • Assessment Day (Role-Dependent) – Some candidates may be invited to an in-person Assessment Day.
