ANZ Partner Sales Leader

The ANZ Partner Sales Leader is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through Adobe's partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand, with alignment to broader JAPAC strategy.

This role leads the ANZ Partner Sales team, setting direction, driving performance, and building a high-impact partner organisation to accelerate growth through co-sell and partner-led motions.

You and your team will focus on building and scaling partnerships across Global System Integrators (GSIs), local SIs, digital agencies, and technology partners, while working closely with regional and global stakeholders to localise strategy and deliver market-leading outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the ANZ partner strategy, aligned to JAPAC and global priorities, with clear revenue accountability
  • Lead, coach, and develop the ANZ Partner Sales team, driving performance, accountability, and a high-performance culture
  • Act as a key member of the ANZ Leadership Team, driving strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnership across the business
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships across GSIs (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte), leading local SIs, and digital agencies within ANZ
  • Drive co-sell motions and partner-led pipeline, accelerating enterprise deal cycles and increasing partner-sourced revenue
  • Develop partner capabilities across services, implementation, and industry solutions, aligned to local market demand
  • Lead joint GTM and demand generation programs tailored to ANZ industries (FSI, Retail, Public Sector, Telco, etc.)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, and Product teams to deliver integrated outcomes
  • Represent Adobe within the ANZ partner and industry ecosystem, strengthening brand and market positioning
  • Establish strong operating cadence, forecasting discipline, and performance tracking across the partner organisation

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience leading Partner Sales teams in ANZ, with a track record of driving partner-led revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ partner ecosystem, including GSIs, local SIs, agencies, and technology alliances
  • Demonstrated success in co-sell models, joint GTM strategies, and enterprise deal acceleration
  • Deep knowledge of ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and buying behaviours
  • Experience managing large, complex partner portfolios with multi-million-dollar revenue accountability
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across partners and customers
  • Track record of building and scaling strategic alliances and partner programs
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills across regional and global teams
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing, distributed teams
  • Consistent delivery against revenue targets and growth objectives
