What You'll Do
- Work with assigned accounts to achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities including proactive prospecting, targeted campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, social selling, and face-to-face meetings to achieve agreed business goals.
- Negotiate, liaise, and communicate both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations—online or in person—and coordinate internal resources as needed.
- Collaborate with your V-Team (Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Solution Consultants) to plan and manage your territory, business, and customers according to a shared market development strategy.
- Apply analytical and selling skills to understand customer needs and craft tailored value propositions.
- Construct and supervise a resilient sales pipeline that consistently exceeds anticipated outcomes.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new customers through personalized value propositions, relevant internal engagements, and ethical sales practices to improve customer experience and accelerate growth.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity, always acting in ways that improve Adobe's reputation.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant insights with your team.
What You Need To Succeed
- A strong track record in business-to-business solution sales is essential.
- Understanding of the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing—is encouraged.
- Ability to confidently interact with collaborators at all levels, including CxO decision-makers, and establish trust and credibility while promoting Adobe's vision and strategy.
- High motivation, integrity, and excellent communication skills help drive success.
- Skill in constructing and supervising pipeline expansion through prospect identification, lead assessment, and cross-/up-selling—both among current clientele and new prospects.
- A dedication to ethical behavior, integrity, and humility, along with a collaborative outlook.
- Critical thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo to foster innovation across the business.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts and AI technologies in general to effectively communicate value and drive customer adoption.
