Sales Leader

Adobe is looking for a Sales Leader responsible for leading and expanding our business with the most strategic companies in Brazil across all industries.

I will empower my team to assist customers with Adobe technologies, driving innovation and improving customer experiences.

As a Sales Leader, you will work with Marketing, IT, and Procurement collaborators within complex enterprise structures, building positive relationships with C-Level executives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and the partner ecosystem to ensure customers achieve success with Adobe's solutions and continue expanding their investments.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and implement a customer-centric go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Develop a clear vision for the role of AI and digital transformation in customer experience, guiding Adobe's strategy in the region.

Sales Execution & Business Growth

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

  • Redefine and optimize sales strategies, using data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, ensuring access to business performance and future opportunities.

Building & Leading High-Performance Teams

  • Encourage, recruit, and retain top sales talent, ensuring the team remains motivated and hard-working.

  • Coach and mentor both top performers and underperformers, fostering a culture of continuous development and success.

  • Promote a winning team culture that balances competition and collaboration, ensuring alignment with Adobe's values.

Customer-Centric Approach

  • Prioritize long-term customer relationships over short-term revenue wins, ensuring customer success and retention.

  • Track and leverage key customer success metrics beyond revenue to measure impact and growth opportunities.

  • Establish Adobe as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them navigate digital transformation challenges.

Executive Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and nurture trusted C-Level relationships across Marketing, IT, and Procurement.

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams to improve value realization for customers.

  • Acquire agreement from leadership and other departments to advance key sales initiatives.

Industry Leadership & Personal Brand

  • Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, and thought leadership to establish credibility and awareness for Adobe.

  • Encourage and enable the sales team to enhance their digital presence, ensuring they engage effectively with prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading account management teams of large SaaS companies implementing complex projects.

  • Prior experience working with global enterprise software/cloud/services companies.

  • Experience in completing long-term and phased groundbreaking initiatives that generated real value for companies.

  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions in the new economy: digital marketing, advertising technology, data, or experience technology space.

  • Growth Mindset: you believe that you can get better at something by dedicating time, effort, and energy.

  • Be aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people (positively and negatively), and know how to manage those emotions when: giving and receiving feedback, meeting tight deadlines, dealing with challenging relationships, not having enough resources, navigating change, working through setbacks and failure.

  • Ability to work optimally in a team environment, partnering with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital marketing.
