Desired Talent and Role:

We are seeking a Professional Services Sales specialist who can propose consulting services to maximize the value of Adobe solutions.

The Professional Services Sales role involves accurately identifying both the explicit and latent challenges of existing and new clients, and proposing and selling the most suitable consulting services. This position requires strong communication skills and leadership, as it involves close collaboration with internal teams to create proposals, define project scopes/deliverables, estimate required resources, and plan schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities in collaboration with the account team (including license sales, consultants, and Customer Success Managers), focusing on 1–2 core existing clients.
  • Be responsible for proposing and closing consulting service deals.
  • Own KPIs related to both consulting service revenue and the quality of consulting delivery post-sale.
  • Independently hypothesize client challenges, structure them logically, and create documents that incorporate the value of Adobe's consulting services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Able to accurately identify clients' fundamental business challenges.
  • Skilled in logically explaining client issues and proposed solutions through persuasive documentation.
  • Capable of fully leveraging internal resources to approach and build trust with stakeholders from the field level up to top management.
  • Highly motivated to achieve targets and possess a strong, positive mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who promotes mutual skill development.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry (direct sales).
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in the IT industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Fluency in Japanese is required; reading and writing proficiency in English is a plus.
