Location: KAFD, Riyadh

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Education requirement: Degree or equivalent qualification/experience

Experience requirement: Minimum 3 years in SaaS solution environment

The Opportunity

Our suite of products is market leading in the digital media space, and we're enjoying terrific success. Our growth targets are ambitious, and we need committed, successful sales people who have the skills, experience and track record to work with their team to develop and drive enterprise wide growth. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate clear enterprise sales skills, and have evidence of leading and supporting individuals across; solution consulting, digital strategy, product specialists, industry experts, marketing and customer success - all through the fostering of client relationships. This is a rare opportunity to come in and scale something amazing, in a key priority region across the Middle East.

What You'll Do

As an enterprise Account Executive in one of our most strategically meaningful regions, you will:

  1. Identify, develop, and close business across large Telco accounts within KSA and the Middle East.
  2. Build and maintain senior relationships with Telco leaders, including C-Level executives.
  3. Shape long-term digital agendas by influencing and simplifying complex concepts for senior decision-makers.
  4. Develop a self-sourced pipeline using structured account planning, rigorous territory management, and proactive multi-threading.
  5. Lead multi-million-dollar digital transformation and customer experience programmes from opportunity shaping through to commercial negotiation and executive approval.
  6. Orchestrate global, cross-functional teams (product, presales, consulting, industry, legal, finance, executive sponsors) to deliver on client vision.
  7. Manage an extended ecosystem of partners, system integrators, and internal teams, ensuring role clarity, accountability, and progress against strategic outcomes.
  8. Apply value-based selling, quantifying impact, articulating measurable outcomes, and influencing clients' strategic and economic rationale for change.
  9. Demonstrate and embed values centred on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, and innovation, aligned with Adobe's leadership principles.
  10. Maintain excellent sales process hygiene, including accurate forecasting and CRM management.
  11. Develop and cultivate the partner ecosystem, comfortable with indirect/partner sales motions.
  12. Strong knowledge of the Telco and private sector landscape across the Middle East; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Validated Enterprise Software sales experience.
  • Proven experience driving transformation initiatives with the largest Telcos in the region, supported by an established network of contacts across the Middle East Telco sector.
  • Have sold into global enterprise customers, and able to demonstrate strong POV and value realisation, securing multi-million, multi-year deals.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a self-sourced pipeline and manage territory.
  • Confident communicator with senior Telco leaders and C-Level executives.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes within the Telco sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Martech landscape in the region.
  • Ambitious, focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling and measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the Middle East Telco landscape; Arabic language skills are a plus.
