The Role: The ANZ Channel Lead is responsible for driving AMD's channel strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand. This role owns the performance and growth of AMD's ANZ channel ecosystem, with direct responsibility for Distributor Management and leadership of Partner Account Managers who manage AMD's top strategic partners in the Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic channel development with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with OEM sales & category teams along with AMD sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and business units to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen partner engagement across ANZ.

GAM & OEM Alignment
10–15+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the technology or semiconductor industry. Proven history managing distributors and leading partner-facing sales teams. Strong understanding of the ANZ market, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape. Leadership & Strategy: Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels, from C-suite partners to internal leadership teams. Ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment, driving collaboration across multiple business units. Experience in managing large-scale partner programs, incentive structures, and channel enablement initiatives. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive transformational growth. Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
