✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving business growth within Education Agents/Recruiters
- Work with a portfolio of Recruiters across all Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and exceed student enrollment goals
- Manage relationships with Recruiters, contributing to their sales strategy
- Ensure service experience and delivery to the Recruiter network is of high quality
- Identify Recruiter growth opportunities, achieve student enrollment targets, and support in all inquiries and responses
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in recruiting international students
- Proven track record in delivering results through indirect sales management
- Ability to nurture customer relationships and understand customer business requirements
- Familiarity with the international student marketplace and its challenges and opportunities
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with recruiters
