✨ About The Role

- Responsible for driving business growth within Education Agents/Recruiters by meeting and exceeding student enrollment goals - Manage relationships with recruiters, contribute to their sales strategy, and ensure a positive service experience - Identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the recruiter network - Represent Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at events and oversee all student recruitment activities in the region - Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and maintain alignment with corporate strategy

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment of international students, with a track record of successful results - Ability to nurture customer relationships and understand customer business requirements proactively - Familiarity with the international student marketplace and its challenges and opportunities - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with recruiters effectively - Willingness to work in Hyderabad, India and be authorized to work in that location
