✨ About The Role

- Responsible for growing the AEM energy utility and renewables business with large Investor-Owned Utilities, Co-ops, Solar and Wind companies, and others within the energy sector - Own and be accountable for the sales and account management process from identifying opportunities to contract closing - Collaborate with various stakeholders to create value and ensure client success - Develop territory and account plans to grow market and client share, build pipeline, and achieve quotas - Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 7 years in sales and business development, preferably in the Energy or Utility sector - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas - Strong network of contacts within the Energy industry and visible industry presence - Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations and negotiate effectively - Self-motivated individual with a relentless drive to identify and develop new prospects and grow existing customer relationships
