Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage inbound customer inquiries and develop new business through outbound sales efforts. You will prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product information, and provide parts quotes to existing clients and local repair shops. Additionally, you will assist with receiving vehicles into the shop and coordinating intake details, support walk-in customers with product questions, quotes, and order processing, collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide timely updates to management, all while representing the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and develop new business through outbound sales efforts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product information.
• Provide parts quotes to existing clients and local repair shops.
• Assist with receiving vehicles into the shop and coordinating intake details.
• Support walk-in customers with product questions, quotes, and order processing.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive or emergency service industries is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

Join a small, tight-knit team of 15 employees specializing in the custom outfitting of patrol, undercover, battalion command, fire, utility, and construction vehicles. The work environment involves interfacing with clients, mostly police officers, requiring a highly presentable demeanor. The position operates on a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with the expectation of working overtime as needed. This role is based in a shop setting.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
