What You'll Do
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the region's market dynamics.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed performance expectations.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster team development.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market and Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company offerings.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to executive leadership.
- Act as the regional voice in shaping product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
Compensation $130,000 - $180,000 USD
