In the context of our growth, we are looking for our future Inside Sales Manager, who will join a team in a context of strong growth.

Location: Saint Michel Sur Orge (91240)

Contract Type: Permanent

Availability: As soon as possible

Context: Rapid growth – strengthening the commercial management team

Main Missions:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead the sedentary sales team and play a key role in achieving growth objectives. You are responsible for the internal commercial strategy, optimizing sales processes, and developing your team’s skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales
  • Structure, follow, and optimize prospecting processes, lead qualification, account management, and commercial follow-up
  • Define performance KPIs and ensure regular reporting (CRM, dashboards, analyses)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, field (external sales), operations, and customer support teams
  • Participate in defining and executing the national sales strategy
  • Implement targeted commercial campaigns, automated or personalized, in line with growth objectives
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from the first commercial contact

Profile Sought:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales or managing a sales team
  • Experience in a technical or industrial environment (energy, construction, technical services…) is an asset
  • Natural leadership, analytical mindset, taste for challenge, and results orientation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent), digital prospecting, and consultative sales methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (and ideally in English)
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment
