- The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of direct business-to-business sales experience. - A strong understanding of various industries, particularly in Industrial, Construction, and Manufacturing, is essential. - Proficiency with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is required for effective sales tracking and management. - The candidate should possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors. - A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred, indicating a solid educational background or practical knowledge in the field.
