Agilent Business Administration Intern

Agilent is looking for a Business Administration Intern to join the European Bids & Tenders Centre of Excellence Team, providing administrative and operational support to the Health Care and Molecular Biological Research Divisions. This role is part of a large European team working across multiple countries and departments, with a strong focus on sales support and public sector contracting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution of internal processes.
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers and internal stakeholders to support public tender response strategies and the preparation of comprehensive bid packages, aligned with Agilent's sales strategy.
- Support the screening and evaluation of tender opportunities, with particular focus on public procurement requirements, deadlines and eligibility criteria.
- Assist in the development and management of sales tools and platforms, contributing to business data analysis and strategic evaluations.
- Support contract management and asset oversight
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing and Inside Sales, as well as participate in ad-hoc and cross-functional European projects.
Qualifications
- Currently studying Business Administration, Law, Languages or similar fields.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Interest in sales support, administrative processes and public sector contracting.
- Knowledge or experience in tender screening and offer evaluation.
- SAP and corporate software knowledge is an asset.
- No prior background in healthcare or life sciences is required; however, knowledge of public procurement frameworks will be highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in an international environment.
