• Sales Operations & Administration: Support the team with business progress tracking, leads management, and sales performance reporting

• Data & Insights: Data Extraction for analysis and reporting

• Digital & Marketing Support: Assist with digital marketing initiatives, event coordination, and communication materials

• Strategic Business Projects: Work on real-world projects to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and drive engagement

• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and execution

Job Requirements:

• Experience

  - Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel etc)

  - Excellent PowerPoint skills

  Special skills

  - Effective & good communication and interpersonal skills

  - Team player and flexible to support Agency Channel

  - Motivated and strong commitment to team's success

  - Meticulous, efficient, and positive mindset

- Able to handle dateline pressures and intense workload

Learning Outcomes

• Understanding of Group Insurance business from an Insurance Company perspective

• Ecosystem within the Insurance Industry, various parties and roles & responsibilities:

  - Appreciation of Insurance and the pivotal role we play in the Corporate Employee Benefits Insurance space and pursue this as a viable career with bright opportunities following their graduation and gain insights into corporate insurance, sales, and marketing strategies

• Hands-On Projects: Get involved in sales operations, digital marketing, events, and business analytics
