✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and executing the Sales strategy and targets in alignment with aifleet leadership and business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers to manage the end-to-end contract sales process
- Co-build and iterate on sales processes, implementing tech systems to support sustainable and scalable growth
- Ensure operations and tech teams are prepared for success as the contract business grows
- Focus on building a strong brand presence for aifleet as a top fleet in the industry
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced freight sales leader with at least 5 years in a freight sales role, including 2 years in leadership positions
- Skilled in designing and implementing sales processes, especially in fast-evolving contexts within large carrier trucking companies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of building and managing high-growth, fast-evolving sales teams
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred
