✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and executing the Sales strategy and targets in alignment with aifleet leadership and business needs
- Focus on building the contract freight side of the business, transitioning from nearly exclusive work in the spot market
- Build and leverage relationships with shippers to manage the end-to-end contract sales process
- Co-build and iterate on sales processes, implementing tech systems to support sustainable and scalable growth
- Ensure operations and tech teams are prepared for success as the contract business grows
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced freight sales leader with a minimum of 5 years in a freight sales role, including 2 years in leadership positions
- Skilled in designing and implementing sales processes, especially in fast-evolving environments within large carrier trucking companies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively build and maintain relationships with shippers
- Proven track record of building and managing high-growth, fast-evolving sales teams
- Thrives in a startup or high-growth environment, able to adapt to changing business needs and drive impact
