- Responsible for building pipeline through exceptional prospecting skills and guiding prospects through the sales cycle
- Documenting all customer interactions in Salesforce and using a consultative selling approach to uncover pain points and demonstrate Aircall's value
- Collaborating with various teams to drive opportunities to closure and accurately forecasting new revenue
- Expected to challenge prospects and the status quo, while continuously learning and evolving with the product, sales processes, and company

- Experienced in closing SMB/Mid-Market business deals in the SaaS industry for at least 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, showcasing strong organizational skills
- Proficient in articulating technical product components in a simple and effective manner to potential clients
- Enthusiastic about becoming a product expert, understanding customer usage, and various software integrations
