✨ About The Role
- Working closely with an Account Executive to identify qualified business opportunities and conduct outbound campaigns via email and phone
- Researching relevant markets and gathering key prospect information to understand their business needs
- Highlighting Aircall's value proposition to generate curiosity and interest in the market
- Booking meetings with Account Executives and documenting all activities in Salesforce
- Regular travel with the team to events and a focus on collaborative communication to empower customers and make authentic connections

- Fluent in German with the ability to communicate effectively through email, phone, and in-person meetings with prospects from the German market
- Willingness to develop sales skills and undergo continuous training and development, including initial training at the Aircall Sales Academy
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle outbound campaigns and prospect research effectively
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, essential for thriving in an international and diverse team environment
