✨ About The Role
- The role involves designing, building, and managing GTM Enablement Projects for the global Sales team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine enablement programs for the Sales team
- Prioritizing enablement projects and initiatives to align with company OKRs
- Ensuring alignment and adoption on sales tech stack with relevant strategic GTM Initiatives
- Supporting global AEs and XDRs in their outbound cadencing efforts and facilitating the handshake between Sales and Marketing
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in GTM enablement at a software/SaaS company with a proven track record of leading projects from ideation to execution
- Previous sales or outbound experience as XDRs or AE
- Good public speaking and written communication skills with a collaborative spirit
- Execution-oriented mindset with exceptional coordination, facilitation, and critical thinking skills
- Nice to have analytical skills to assess behavioral changes and business outcomes
