✨ About The Role
- The Sales Development Representative will work closely with Account Executives to engage inbound prospects via chat and phone
- Responsible for qualifying prospects, discussing opportunities with Account Executives, and gathering pre-sales prospect information
- Integral role in collaborating with Sales teams across the Region
- Opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally
- Initial two weeks will be spent at the Aircall Sales Academy with continuous training and development opportunities

- Ideal for candidates with some sales or customer-facing experience, looking to launch their sales career
- Requires fluency in German and English, with knowledge of the German market being important
- Strong communication skills such as active listening, empathy, and problem-solving attitude are essential
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to continuously develop sales skills through training and development opportunities
