Your Profile:

  • First sales or customer facing experience
  • Fluent in German & English: you will be emailing, calling, meeting prospects on the German market
  • German market knowledge is important (can be gathered from having worked/lived there, or affinity to the culture etc.)
  • Good communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
  • Time management and organization skills: ability to manage several accounts
  • A willingness to develop your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be spent at the Aircall Sales Academy and there will be continuous training and development.
