The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for selling welding equipment, tools and supplies to customers. They play a key role in customer service, providing expert advice and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs. The IVR is also responsible for order processing, inventory management, quoting, and keeping abreast of competitive activities. They actively contribute to the smooth running of the store and to customer satisfaction.
