Job Description Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic profile to join our Commercial team. The resource will have the responsibility of managing and developing the customer portfolio in the area of competence, promoting medical solutions and devices. The figure will act as a strategic point of reference between the company and the healthcare environments, ensuring the excellence of the service and the achievement of sales objectives.
Responsibilities and Main Activities:
Sales Management and Technical Consultancy:
- Promotion and Dissemination: Actively promote the company's products and services, ensuring the dissemination of promotional material, technical notes, and scientific publications to customers, distributors, and specialist doctors.
- Scientific Support: Assist customers through participation in scientific events, congresses, and conferences.
- Demo and Training: Conduct demonstration activities on portfolio devices and manage technical training for retailers, distributors, and agents.
Business Development and Networking:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and select new business opportunities and potential customers in the area.
- Offer Management: Develop and implement commercial offers in line with the Group's objectives.
- Institutional Relations: Maintain relationships with healthcare environments to collect clinical feedback and experiences of use fundamental for the evolution of the service.
Strategy and Coordination:
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement action plans for the acquisition of new tenders and the development of the customer portfolio, constantly monitoring sales performance against assigned targets.
- Interfunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with the Tenders Office and the Projects Office for the ideation of new commercial strategies.
- Information Flow: Maintain constant and fluid communication with the internal team, home technicians, and the patient service to ensure optimal management of the territory.
Are You a Match?
Education and Experience:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in scientific subjects (Chemistry, CTF, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related).
- Experience: Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in structured multinational contexts, preferably in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Devices sectors.
Completing the Profile:
- Customer Orientation: Ability to analyze needs and problem-solving attitude.
- Mobility: Full availability for frequent trips mainly in the area of Palermo and Trapani.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work towards objectives.
Reference territorial area: Brindisi, Lecce, Taranto.
