How Will You Contribute and Grow?

Key Account Management – TSMC

Maintain and grow relationships with multiple TSMC fabs and departments including Procurement and Planning, Process, Equipment, QA, and Facility

Conduct regular on-site visits to support technical introduction, issue handling, and commercial alignment

Technical Support & Product Introduction

Drive material design-in and HVM qualification within TSMC process flows

Assist with sample testing, process tuning, and cross-functional issue resolution

Commercial Strategy & Negotiation

Support annual pricing, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations to maximize value

Coordinate with supply chain teams based on TSMC forecasts and production plans

Project Management & Quality Interface

In case of incidents, coordinate internal teams to deliver RCA and improvement plans quickly and transparently

TSMC Market Trends & Customer Insight

Track fab expansion and technology roadmap

Feed customer needs and pain points back to the company to guide product development and differentiation strategy

Are You a Match?

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or EE-related field

Working Experience:

3+ years experience in the semiconductor or chemical industry
