Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily increasing our capacity and, accordingly, our team. Currently, we are looking for a Business / System Analyst Distribution (Logistics&Sales).

Requirements:

• Confident knowledge and understanding of accounting standards in the areas of logistics (import, export, Ukraine), sales and distribution;
• Experience working with intercompany groups (internal group resales);
• Experience in setting up and supporting tasks, developing business requirements and compiling technical tasks for business process automation in Jira;
• Experience as an Analyst, Consultant of ERP accounting systems from 2 years;
• Experience of an advanced user of one of the ERP configurations in the distribution and sales management direction;
• Higher education in one of the areas: IT, logistics accounting, sales, accounting and audit, customs, management;
• Excellent analytical abilities, systematic thinking;
• Skills to negotiate and resolve complex issues;
• Experience in clear and technically competent setting of tasks (Tz) for developers to expand the standard capabilities of the system;
• Ability to write structured instructions.
• Providing consultative support for users (processing requests IT-portal by direction, assistance with system settings, skills for searching and identifying causes of incorrect data, group document processing, bug fixing).
• Creation and setup of permissions for new system users.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the accounting system of own development;
• Work with Stakeholders and Product owner to form requirements, find optimal solutions;
• Description of AS IS and TO BE processes;
• Description of business requirements and development of technical tasks for development (Tz);
• Preparation of proposals for optimization of business processes;
• Communication with the development team, detailing requirements;
• Cooperation with the RM and QA team;
• Support of tasks to release;
• Preparation of test cases for conducting functional testing, testing the results of development;
• Transfer of customer backlogs;
• Presentation of functionality;
• Writing instructions;
• Independently identify weaknesses in the system, propose your solutions;
• Support of the second line of support in the direction - consultation of users - processing requests, assistance with system settings, skills for searching and identifying causes of incorrect data, group document processing, bug fixing.
