Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily expanding our capacity and, accordingly, our team. Currently, we are looking for a Consultant / System Analyst Distribution (Logistics&Sales).

Requirements:

• Confident knowledge and understanding of accounting standards in the areas of logistics (import, export, Ukraine), sales and distribution;
• Experience working with intercompany groups (internal group resales) will be an advantage;
• Experience in setting up and supporting tasks, developing business requirements and compiling technical tasks for business process automation in Jira;
• Experience as an Analyst, Consultant of accounting systems ERP from 2 years;
• Experience as an advanced user of one of the ERP configurations in the direction of distribution and sales management;
• Higher education in one of the areas: IT, logistics accounting, sales, accounting and audit, customs affairs, management;
• Excellent analytical abilities, systematic thinking;
• Skills for conducting negotiations and resolving issues;
• Experience in clearly and technically competent setting of tasks (RFQ) for developers for expanding the standard capabilities of the system;
• Ability to write structured instructions.
• Creation and configuration of rights for new system users;

Responsibilities:

• Support of the proprietary accounting system;
• Provision of consulting support for users:
• Processing of requests IT portal in the direction of Distribution (Logistics&Sales)
• Assistance with system settings
• Skills for searching and establishing the causes of incorrect data
• Work with group document processing
• Bug fixing
• Description of business requirements and development of technical tasks in Jira;
• Communication with the development team, detailing requirements;
• Cooperation with the PM and QA team;
• Support of tasks to release;
• Transfer of customer backlogs;
• Presentation of functionality;
• Writing instructions / documentation in Confluence;
• Independently identify weaknesses in the system, propose solutions;
• Work with Stakeholders to form requirements, find optimal solutions;
• Description of AS IS and TO BE processes.
