- The Channel Sales Representative will meet directly with leading business prospects to deliver sales presentations and build long-lasting customer relationships.
- The role involves educating potential buyers on the client’s current products, ongoing promotions, and updated services.
- The representative will assist clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets.
- Training will be provided directly with Senior Channel Sales Managers to develop a full knowledge of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- The representative will review sales contracts with clients, identify concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services.
- Participation in conference calls and on-site training workshops is required to stay current on sales progress.
- Collaboration with fellow Channel Sales Representatives, Customer Service Associates, and Marketing Representatives is essential to meet client needs.

- The ideal candidate is in the process of or has completed a degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, sales, management, or a similar role.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to develop knowledge of marketing strategies are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-determination and initiative in creating solutions are key traits for the successful candidate.
