Territory Sales Manager – Oracle Communications (US West)

Oracle Communications is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive enterprise communications solution sales across key enterprise accounts within the US West territory. This dynamic role requires an ambitious, results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of new business development in large or global enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and develop the territory strategy to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Proactively hunt and win new logo enterprise accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen strategic relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop tailored solution proposals and value propositions to address customer business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and success.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Oracle Communications portfolio and relevant market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful solution selling experience to large and/or global enterprise accounts.
  • Proven, self-motivated sales performer with strong new business development strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow territory and partner relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise communications, cloud, or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of the US West region enterprise landscape.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring range in USD from $90,000 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
