The Account Executive (HCR) Job
Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR managers to founders across Hotels, Restaurants, Fast Food chains, Cafés, Bakeries, and Collective Catering, a sector where Alan has become a trusted partner for addressing unique workforce challenges.
What you'll own:
- Full sales cycle: From prospection to closing
- Strategic relationships: Drive deals and manage key customer relationships
- Education & demos: Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process

Is it you we're looking for?
You'll be a great fit for the HCR Team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role;
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English .
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills ;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range.
