Public Sector Account Executive
In this context, we are looking for a Public Sector Account Executive. You will be responsible for developing our Public Sector portfolio across ministries, territorial communities, and public institutions.
Your main mission will be:
- Define strategic targets in the public sector
- Prepare for and meet with prospects ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders)
- Respond to relevant RfPs - there is an important written and project management part
- Prepare for and participate in oral presentations
- Post-win, oversee Alan's deployment in collaborations with Key Account Manager and ensure admins and members high satisfaction
2. Continuous improvement
- CRM: contribute to building the appropriate set-up in Salesforce to track sales activity of public segment and ensure proper hygiene for the entire team
- RfP Library: Support the team in standardizing and industrializing our RfP response process to increase efficiency and win rates
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Alan's public sector strategy, consolidating RfP debriefs, client expectations, and competitive differentiators
- Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to ensure Alan's offerings remain competitive and tailored to FPT and FPH needs
- Share information, debriefs, and lessons learned with the Public Sector team to drive collective improvement

Is It You We're Looking For?
You will be a great fit to join the Public Sector Sales team at Alan if you have a unique blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, attention to detail, and public sector understanding/interest.
What is a must to thrive in this position:
- A proven ability to manage C-level discussions and influence key decision-makers, with a high level of formalism
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) including in formal contexts, and advanced level in English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced and intense environment
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across various crews and communities
- Strong desire to understand the French public sector structure, procurement processes, and key stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain trust with diverse stakeholders
- You are based in (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area.
What is a nice-to-have:
- Outstanding project management capabilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating the complexities of public sector sales cycle
- Prior experience and demonstrated track record of closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles is a clear plus. Prior experience with RfPs is a clear plus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range.
