Join our Enterprise Sales team as a Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative and take ownership of our very large accounts and most strategic prospects (3,000+ employees)!
This is a high-ownership role that goes beyond traditional prospecting - you'll coordinate our structured approach to building relationships with senior executives at key targeted accounts and use creative business approaches to penetrate very large organizations.
You will be responsible for 6 Key Dimensions:
Execute multichannel approaches generating 1-2 high-quality meetings per week for Very Large accounts (3k+ employees) by applying our Smart & Soft selling methodology, to ensure prospect experience aligns with Alan's customer experience standards.
Manage complex, long-cycle prospects and support Account Executives through the entire sales process, including meeting preparation and strategy development.
Lead Alan's Executive Program, whereby we leverage our most Senior leads to connect with C-levels at Very Large companies. The scope involves collaborating directly with our Senior leadership to build and nurture their prospection pipe, and leverage their brand & personality to support acquisition.
Support Account Executives in complex tender preparation: Collect insights from a wide range of internal stakeholders and support the tender team to package those into a compelling sales argument.
Actively participate in BDR team projects, contribute to sales playbook development, and take ownership of initiatives that improve team performance and processes.
Proactively nurture and engage key stakeholders throughout long sales cycles - maintaining regular contact and building trust until an opportunity is opened. Leverage events, creative marketing initiatives, and the Executive Program to keep prospects engaged. Consistent follow-up is essential to develop a strong, qualified pipeline.

You will be a good fit for the Senior Enterprise BDR role if you:
Have 3-4 years professional experience, demonstrated senior posture and strategic thinking capabilities
Possess executive-level communication: strong written & verbal communication skills (French native & English proficiency)
Demonstrate high ownership mindset: Take initiative beyond assigned tasks, break conventional approaches, and drive results through creative problem-solving
Have strategic prospection skills: Appetite for enterprise accounts, multichannel prospecting, and complex sales cycles management.
Show strategic networking skills: Strong internal relationship building, ability to leverage company resources, and navigate complex organizational structures
Have project management capabilities: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic planning
Are a relationship building and nurturing mastery
Have the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team
Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
You are based in (or willing to relocate to) either Paris or Bordeaux
