As a Client Services Implementation Specialist within Oracle's Construction and Engineering Regulated Industries, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and optimizing Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) for our clients. Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) is a leading cloud-based solution designed to streamline and automate the construction billing and payment process. Since 2004, TPM has helped organizations efficiently manage nearly $2 trillion in construction payments, improving collaboration, reducing administrative burden, mitigating risk, and strengthening compliance.
In this role, you will leverage your 4+ years of professional experience to manage all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience). 4+ years of hands-on experience with software/system implementation, client consulting, or similar roles—preferably with SaaS or financial technology platforms. Demonstrated experience in system configuration, ACH/payment workflow management, and technical documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience providing training to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; able to thrive independently and in cross-functional teams. Construction industry experience or previous work with Oracle TPM is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Windows or NT; UNIX experience is a plus.
