Major Accountabilities:
Achievement of the sales plan for the region
Responsible for building and maintaining positive professional relationships with all external stakeholders in the territory:

Education/Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business
Skills/Experience:
Minimum:
A minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in medical devices
Proven record of Sales success
Logical and systematic approach to achieve objectives of the role.
Strong understanding of Ophthalmic procedures, product technology
Ability to set objectives
Strong leadership experience
5+ Sales management experience
