We are seeking a motivated and self-driven summer intern to support our Vision Care Division Sales Training team. This intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Training team and broader Field Sales initiatives. They will work closely with the Training Senior Managers and Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, gain hands-on experience in planning and training new sales hires.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Vision Care Division Sales Training team in the development, coordination, and execution of training programs for new sales hires.
  • Collaborate with the Training Senior Managers and Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Gain hands-on experience by helping facilitate portions of sales new hire training sessions, both virtual and in-person.
  • Analyze current training workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help create and update training materials, presentations, and resources to support evolving sales strategies.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure alignment between training content and broader Field Sales initiatives.
  • Participate in partial sales new hire training to build foundational sales knowledge and develop core business skills.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op.
  • Must be pursuing at least a bachelor's level degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related major.
  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
  • Ability to commit to a full time (40 hrs. per week) Intern position.
