Rabbit is a revolutionary GCP cost management platform designed to help businesses optimize their cloud spending and maximize efficiency. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing SaaS company looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our sales team. Our state-of-the-art technology boasts an over 80% POC-to-subscriber conversion rate and 0 paid customer churn, demonstrating a strong product-market fit. We are seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in EMEA.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales efforts for European clients. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the European market.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the GCP customer base in Europe.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Rabbit.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive POCs.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure high POC closing rates.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the cloud management or FinOps space.
  • Experience working with clients across different EMEA markets, particularly DACH and UK.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
