A leading insurance provider offering auto, home, life, and other insurance products and services.

Financial Analysis Senior Consultant

At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life's uncertainties. And for more than 90 years our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers' evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This highly visible and strategic role will focus on supporting Sales Leaders and shaping dealer partner incentive and compensation programs. You will own the strategy, design, and analytics behind programs that directly impact dealer behavior and profitability, with particular emphasis on Administrative Fee modeling, Sales Compensation programs, and dealer economics. Importantly, this role is not limited to incentive modeling work. You will also act as a strategic business advisor to Sales Leaders, providing financial support that helps them make better decisions, strengthen dealer partner relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the business. While your primary focus will be Sales, this role provides exposure across the full P&L and the chance to influence broader ADS priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an objective business advisor to Sales Leaders, partnering on strategies and decisions that strengthen dealer partner relationships and drive profitable growth.
  • Lead the design, modeling, analytics, and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs, including scenario modeling and multi-year outlooks.
  • Deliver a clear storyline of monthly and quarterly results with insights and actionable recommendations for Sales leadership.
  • Provide financial measurement, performance tracking, and deep-dive analytics to support Sales problem solving and dealer partner growth initiatives.
  • Offer thought leadership and direction to Sales Leaders and business partners, influencing strategies that improve dealer economics and program effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks and financial tools to track performance, program ROI, and dealer partner profitability.
  • Champion process improvements and new methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations to align on dealer partner strategies and priorities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferred: Previous experience supporting sales growth initiatives and compensation program modeling.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal leader guidance, taking full ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build new processes, tools, or analytical frameworks that deliver deeper insights and operational improvements.
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and planning skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent collaborator and consultant, skilled at influencing across functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, Operations) and levels of leadership.
  • Systems thinker who understands how dealer partner incentives, compensation programs, and broader P&L drivers connect.
  • Quick learner who is resourceful in the absence of documentation and able to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Why Join Us?

At ADS Finance, you won't just manage existing processes — you'll be designing and building new ones. This is a rare opportunity to:

  • Shape the future of dealer partner incentive and compensation analytics at ADS.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders, influencing strategies to drive growth.
  • Gain end-to-end P&L exposure and partner across multiple functions to deliver measurable impact.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment where your insights and leadership have an immediate effect.
  • Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team that is rethinking how Finance drives value for the business.

Skills: Analytics, Business Management, Business Storytelling, Decision Making, Finance, Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, Financial Forecasting, Financial Statement Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Preparation of Financial Reports, Reporting, Variance Analysis
