You will be our customer’s entrance to the world of insurance and save them money in the process.

Daily Goals:

• Generate new business from leads and referrals.
• Receive transfers from our Customer Service and Sales Development Leads.
• Analyze insurance coverage options and make recommendations based on client needs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

This would be the perfect fit for you if:

• You are motivated and have a hunter’s mentality. You do not get easily flustered. You can address objections while keeping the customers’ best interests at heart. Sales can be a grind and you will make a lot of phone calls, but don’t worry, we will give you all the tools you need while making it fun, achievable, and safe for you.
• You operate with integrity. Our core values are clear: Integrity, Accountability, Continued Development, and Respectful Communication. We hold you to these standards daily and expect you to hold us accountable as well.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year Insurance Sales experience.
• Hold a Property and Causality Insurance license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $42,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
