- Lead an exceptional guest experience by assessing guest connection levels and providing technical product education
- Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, focusing on deficient areas and growth opportunities
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, responsible for recruitment and talent development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business execution and support company-level operations-focused initiatives

- Experienced in client-centric sales environments with at least 2 years of prior work experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide feedback, coach, and inspire team members
